Setting up proper limits in Dripify helps you keep your LinkedIn account safe while maximizing campaign performance. Whether you’re new to automation or an experienced user fine-tuning your workflow, this guide will help you find the right balance between activity and safety.

Why limits matter?

LinkedIn monitors user activity closely to detect unusual or automated behavior. Sending too many requests or messages too quickly can trigger restrictions or even account blocks. By setting realistic limits in Dripify, you:

  • Keep your account activity looking natural

  • Avoid exceeding LinkedIn’s safety thresholds

  • Maintain stable campaign performance over time

Where to set your limits

You can configure your activity limits by going to Dripify Settings → Limits & Activity tab. Here you’ll find controls for all of the actions that Dripify can perform for you. Each activity type can be adjusted individually to match your goals. Also, in case you have an Advanced plan, you can turn on or off Activity control in this tab.

Recommend limits for different types of accounts

Here’s a safe safe limits for the more advanced accounts:

  • Connection requests: 20–30 per day

  • Messages: 40–60 per day

  • Profile views: 60–100 per day

  • Skill endorsements: 5–10 per day

Limits for beginner account:

  • Connection requests: 10–15 per day

  • Messages: 10–20 per day

  • Profile views: 20–40 per day

  • Skill endorsements: 1–5 per day

After 1–2 weeks of keeping those limits, you can slowly increase these numbers by 10–20% weekly until reaching your desired activity level.

Use 'Activity Control' for extra safety

If you’re on the Advanced plan, we highly recommend enabling Activity Control in your Dripify settings. This feature automatically adjusts your daily limits based on account performance and safety patterns. It prevents sudden spikes that could lead to restrictions and manages your limits for you, so you don't have to manage them yourself constantly.

Avoid sudden spikes

Even experienced users with a well-developed account should avoid setting maximum limits right away. Large jumps in activity can trigger LinkedIn’s algorithm, so when increasing limits, do so gradually – small, consistent changes appear more natural.

Let Dripify do the job for you

While it is not prohibited to use LinkedIn manually while automation is running, we highly recommend avoiding performing actions on LinkedIn during Dripify's working hours, as it may result in disturbance of the process or even raise LinkedIn's suspicions. We advise letting Dripify run the outreach for you while you focus on other tasks.

💡 We understand that you want to get the most out of LinkedIn automation. But it is equally important to maintain a balance between efficiency and the security of your account. That is why we want to emphasize that it is important not only to achieve high performance and good statistics, but also to use automation wisely and without the risk of being blocked. This approach will help your account run smoothly and deliver results in the long run.
