How to Re-add Failed Leads?

If you want to reuse your leads that have failed, here are the instructions on how to do that.

If some of your leads didn’t make it through the sequence successfully, don’t worry – you can easily re-add them to a campaign. Just follow these quick steps:

1. Navigate to the Leads tab, then click All leads -> Failed and choose the needed reason for failure.

2. Select the leads you’d like to re-add.

3. Click Add to campaign button that is located at the bottom of the page.

4. Choose the campaign you want to move them to.

5. Complete the process – and you’re all set! 🙌

⚠️ Please note: when adding leads to the same campaign they were previously in, we recommend you to export leads instead of re-adding them to a campaign. After they are exported, delete the leads from the 'Leads' tab so they won't be marked as duplicates when you add them again.
