Sometimes you need to fine-tune an outreach sequence after launching a campaign, and with Dripify, you absolutely can. Dripify gives you advanced in-place editing so you can optimize your flows without rebuilding them from scratch.
You can still edit campaign settings (name, webhook integrations), interact with leads, add new leads, and adjust delays or text for messages, InMails, connection requests, and emails, just like before. But now, Dripify goes much further 🚀
Build & improve sequences in real time
Dripify lets you easily improve your sequence flow by adding actions like View profile, Like a post, Follow, Message, Endorse at the very beginning of your sequence, and View profile, Like a post, Follow, Message, Endorse, Withdraw between any existing steps.
How to do it:
Open your campaign
Go to Sequence
Hover at the start or between steps until you see the ➕ icon
Select a suggested action
Click Save to apply
This gives you powerful flexibility to warm up leads more gradually, introduce nurturing steps, or refine your engagement logic based on performance, all without stopping the campaign.
When a new action is added, it is marked with a dotted outline, so you can clearly see what has changed:
Additionally, when you add a new step at the beginning of the sequence in a launched campaign (active or paused), you are asked if you want to transfer Getting ready (Queue) leads to the newly added element:
This allows you to control the flow of your leads even better, making sure that they pass only through the steps that you want them to pass.
What’s even better is that now you can add actions or conditions to any step or branch in your campaigns, without restarting them.
How to do it:
Open your campaign
Go to Sequence
Hover over End of sequence
Click the bin icon to remove it
Add any suggested actions or conditions
Click Save to apply changes
When you remove the End of sequence step, any leads who have already completed the sequence will be returned to it and continue through the new actions you’ve added.
This lets you dynamically evolve your outreach, extend engagement paths, and re-route completed leads into new follow-ups as your strategy develops and grows.
Remove steps from an existing sequence
If you need to simplify your sequence or remove unnecessary warm-up and follow-up actions, you can now delete certain steps from active and paused campaigns.
To remove a step:
Hover over a supported action in your sequence.
Click the trash bin icon.
Confirm the deletion if prompted.
When an action is deleted, it is temporarily replaced with a placeholder. You can either:
Add a different compatible action in its place, or
Remove the placeholder entirely to connect leads directly to the next step in the sequence.
Important notes
Only simple actions that do not create sequence branches can be removed (for example, Like a post, Follow, Endorse skills, etc.).
Conditions and complex actions cannot be deleted.
At least one action must remain in the sequence.
Changes are applied only after you click Save.
What happens to my leads once I remove the step?
Dripify preserves lead progress whenever possible. If leads are currently associated with the deleted step, they will be moved to the next element of the sequence automatically after the sequence changes are saved. In some cases, Dripify may display a confirmation message explaining how the affected leads will be transferred before the action is removed.
Even more editing capabilities will be gradually introduced, expanding these options to drafts, templates, and all sequence types — giving you complete editing freedom across the platform. So stay tuned 🙂
