How Evergreen Lead Upload Works in Dripify

Learn how Evergreen Lead Upload automatically adds new leads to your Dripify lists, how often it runs, who can use it, lead limits, and how to track ongoing collection through separate Initial and Evergreen report sections.

Written by Anna from Dripify

Evergreen Lead Upload automatically keeps your lead list updated by continuously adding new matching leads after your initial upload is complete.

Instead of manually creating new lead lists to capture fresh prospects, Evergreen allows Dripify to monitor your lead source and automatically add newly available leads over time.

This helps you maintain a continuously growing list of fresh prospects while keeping your outreach campaigns active.

How Evergreen works

Evergreen starts after the initial lead upload is completed. Once active, Dripify:

  • Monitors the selected lead source for new matching leads

  • Checks for updates every 12 hours and runs according to your configured working hours

  • Adds only newly detected leads and avoids adding duplicates

This means new interactions or newly available leads that appear during the initial collection process can still be captured by Evergreen once the initial upload is complete.

This feature is currently available on the Advanced plan only.

How to enable Evergreen upload

You can enable Evergreen when creating a lead list. To turn it on:

  1. Create a new lead list

  2. Select a supported lead source

  3. Configure your lead settings

  4. Enable the Evergreen toggle

  5. Finish creating your list

Please note that it is turned off by default when creating a new list.

Evergreen lead limits

Each Evergreen-enabled lead list supports up to 10,000 total leads. Once this limit is reached, no additional leads will be added unless the old leads are removed from the list.

When used with LinkedIn Post Engagement, Evergreen continuously monitors new post activity after your list is created.

Dripify collects newly added:

  • Post likes

  • Direct comments

Daily collection limits:

  • Up to 3,000 likes

  • Up to 500 comments.

Company pages and non-personal accounts are not processed and are shown as Skipped in the lead collection report.

If you decide to pause the campaign, the Evergreen collection pauses automatically as well. Once you resume your campaign, Evergreen uploads resumes from the same place where the collection processing was stopped.

The same goes if you downgrade your subscription from the Advanced plan. Evergreed upload will be disabled for all lead lists; however, your lead data remains intact, but new leads will no longer be collected.
