Understanding Your Dashboard Widgets

Written by Marie F.

The Dashboard gives you an overview of your outreach performance across your Dripify campaigns. It combines lead-level engagement data with outreach activity and email deliverability analytics, so you can see not only how much outreach is being performed, but also how leads are responding to it.

By default, your Dashboard displays analytics for All channels over the last 30 days. You can use the channel and date filters to adjust the data you see.

The channel filter lets you switch between:

  • All channels — LinkedIn and email activity combined

  • LinkedIn — LinkedIn outreach only

  • Email — email outreach only

The Dashboard includes four main analytics areas: Active leads, Lead engagement, Lead activity, and Email deliverability.

Active leads

The Active leads widget gives you a quick overview of the leads Dripify is currently processing across your campaigns.

The widget shows your active leads in three categories:

  • Getting ready - leads that have been added to a campaign and are waiting to enter the sequence.

  • In progress - leads that are actively moving through a campaign sequence.

  • Awaiting - leads waiting to accept the connection request or reply to Sales Navigator InMail

The Active leads total is calculated by adding these three categories together. For example, if you have 0 leads Getting ready, 147 In progress, and 279 Awaiting, your total is 426 Active leads.

How are active leads counted?

Active leads is lead-centric analytics, meaning each lead is counted only once, even if they appear in multiple active campaigns.

If the same lead has different statuses across multiple campaigns, Dripify assigns them to just one category using the following priority:

  1. In progress

  2. Getting ready

  3. Awaiting

For example, if a lead is In progress in one campaign, Getting ready in another, and Awaiting in a third, they'll be counted as one In progress lead in the widget.

Leads from paused or deleted campaigns aren't included in the calculation. Paused, completed, failed, and blacklisted leads are also excluded unless they qualify as active in another campaign.

If you resume a paused lead, they can be included in the In progress count again. Similarly, if a lead is removed from a campaign but remains active in another, they'll continue to be counted based on their status in the remaining campaign.

Lead engagement

Lead engagement widget shows how many unique leads you've contacted and how many have replied across your campaigns.

This widget also uses lead-centric analytics, meaning each lead is counted only once per metric (Contacted or Replied), even if they receive multiple outreach messages across different campaigns.

Contacted

Contacted is the number of unique leads who received at least one direct outreach touch from you through Dripify.

A lead is considered contacted when they first receive one of the following:

  • a LinkedIn connection invite

  • a LinkedIn message

  • a Sales Navigator InMail

  • an email

The date of that first qualifying touch is the date on which the lead appears as Contacted in your analytics.

Note: Bounced emails don't count as successful contact attempts. If an email bounces, the lead won't be counted as Contacted unless they receive another qualifying outreach action.

LinkedIn interaction steps such as viewing a profile, following a profile, endorsing skills, or liking a post do not count as contacting a lead. If you view someone's profile on October 6 and send them an invite on October 10, they become Contacted on October 10.

Replied

Replied shows the number of unique leads whose replies Dripify detected.

A lead is counted as Replied when Dripify tracks a reply to:

  • a personalized connection note

  • a LinkedIn message

  • an email sent through Dripify

The timeline may still show multiple replies from the same lead, even though they're counted only once in the overall Replied total.

Outreach analytics

Outreach analytics gives you a more detailed view of the activity generated by your outreach.

It contains two tabs:

  • Lead activity shows how many unique leads received different types of outreach and interaction steps.

  • Email deliverability focuses on the emails themselves and whether they were successfully delivered or bounced.

The Lead activity tab is selected by default.

Lead activity

Lead activity is lead-centric analytics. This means it counts unique leads rather than the total number of actions performed.

While each lead is counted only once per metric in the overall total, the chart shows activity for each individual time period. This means the same lead may be counted in multiple chart columns if they receive the same type of outreach during different periods.

By default, the All channels filter is selected. It shows:

  • Invited - the number of unique leads to whom connection invites were sent.

  • Messaged - the number of unique leads to whom LinkedIn messages were sent.

  • InMailed - the number of unique leads to whom Sales Navigator InMails were sent.

  • Emailed - the number of unique leads to whom emails were sent.

  • Interacted - the number of unique leads for whom LinkedIn interaction steps were performed, including profile views, likes, follows, and skill endorsements.

Note: When you hover over an Interacted column in the chart, you'll also see the individual interaction types for that period - Viewed, Endorsed, Followed, and Liked - together with the total.

LinkedIn

Select LinkedIn from the channel filter to focus on LinkedIn activity.

You'll see: Invited, Messaged, InMailed, and Interacted.

Email

Select Email to see email-specific lead activity.

The analytics includes:

  • Emailed — unique leads to whom emails were delivered through the campaign.

  • First emailed — unique leads who received their initial email.

  • Followed-up — unique leads who received a subsequent email after their first email.

This distinction helps you understand how many new contacts you're reaching by email versus how many leads are already progressing through follow-up outreach.

View the leads behind your activity

The numbers displayed in Lead activity are clickable.

Click a metric to open a filtered lead list containing the leads included in that metric for the selected period. The time range used for the analytics is displayed in the list header.

This lets you move from the aggregate number directly to the leads behind it.

Email deliverability

The Email deliverability tab shows what happens to the emails Dripify sends through your outreach.

Unlike Lead activity, Email deliverability is action-centric rather than lead-centric. Here, Dripify counts emails, not unique leads.

This means one lead can contribute multiple emails to these statistics.

Use this section to monitor:

  • how many emails were sent

  • how many were successfully delivered

  • how many bounced

  • your overall delivery rate

  • your overall bounce rate

  • when changes or spikes in email bounces occurred

Emails sent

Emails sent is the total number of email send attempts during the selected period.

The chart then divides these attempts into Delivered and Bounced emails.

Delivered

Delivered shows the number of emails that were successfully delivered.

The delivery rate is calculated as:

Successfully delivered emails divided by email send attempts multiplied by 100.

For example, if Dripify attempts to send 300 emails and 290 are successfully delivered, Delivered shows 290, with the corresponding delivery rate calculated from those send attempts.

Bounced

Bounced shows the number of email send attempts that weren't successfully delivered.

The bounce rate is calculated as:

Bounced emails divided by email send attempts multiplied by 100.

Monitor your bounce rate

Dripify also warns you when your bounce rate becomes elevated.

If your bounce rate is below 2%, no warning is displayed.

At 2–5%, an orange warning appears. If the bounce rate rises above 5%, the warning changes to red.

The warning recommends keeping your bounce rate at 2% or lower and cleaning your email list when necessary to improve deliverability.

View delivered and bounced leads

The Delivered and Bounced numbers are clickable.

Click either number to open a filtered lead list for the selected period.

💡 Keep in mind that Email deliverability counts emails, whereas the destination list contains leads. If the same lead received multiple emails during the selected period, the number of emails shown in the analytics can therefore be different from the number of leads in the resulting list.
