Product Update: August 2026

Written by Marie F.

We’ve got a fresh round of Dripify updates to share ✨

Let’s take a look at what’s new 👇

1. Personalize your outreach with Custom Lead Fields

Personalization in Dripify just got a major upgrade!

You can now create up to 50 Custom Lead Fields and use your own data — such as pain points, industry notes, event names, custom URLs, or any other lead-specific information — in Connection Requests, Messages, InMails, and Emails.

Moreover, Custom fields can also be imported directly from a CSV file, so you can bring your existing lead data into Dripify and use it in your campaigns at scale.

And you can take personalization even further. Add a unique message for each lead to your CSV, map it to a corresponding Custom Lead Field, and use that field as a variable in your sequence. This way, each lead can receive an individually written Connection Request, Message, InMail, or Email within the same campaign.

You can also add an email address to the Custom Email field, and Dripify will be able to use this address for email outreach.

💡 Check this article for more information on creating fields, CSV mapping, and using custom data in your campaigns.

2. Send LinkedIn conversation data through webhooks

We’ve added a new trigger — After LinkedIn reply is received. This makes it possible to send the entire LinkedIn conversation including both your messages and the lead's replies — in the webhook payload, making CRM integrations and automations much more powerful.

This gives you the context needed to build more useful CRM workflows and automations around LinkedIn conversations.

3. Get deeper insights with new email analytics

For each email step in your sequence, you can now see the number of sent, delivered, and bounced emails, along with the reply rate. This makes it easier to monitor deliverability and understand which individual emails are actually generating responses.

Moreover, when Dripify detects a bounced email, it also stops sending emails to that address within the sequence. The lead can still continue through other actions in the sequence, so one bounced address won’t stop the rest of your outreach.

⚠️ Please note that this feature is available on the Advanced plan only.

Campaign analytics have improved too. You’ll now find Delivered and Replied metrics in the dedicated Email section, as well as a new Contacted metric showing how many leads have already received at least one outreach touchpoint (connection request, LinkedIn message, or email).

Looking for more details? Check this article.

4. Keep your LinkedIn feed clean with the Unfollow action

As you probably know, LinkedIn automatically follows a lead the moment you send a connection request if Follow is set as their primary profile action, even if they never accept your invitation. Over time, this can fill your feed with updates from leads you contacted through outreach.

You can now add an Unfollow action directly to your campaign sequence to unfollow leads who don’t accept your invitation or unfollow them after they become connections, depending on how you build your sequence.

You can learn more about this feature and how to use it in this article.

5. Add new leads to an existing leads list

No more creating another leads list just because you found a few new prospects!

You can now add leads directly to an existing Profile URLs leads list. Simply open the list, click Add leads, and paste the LinkedIn profile URLs you want to add.

Dripify automatically detects and skips profiles that are already in the list, while new leads go through the list’s existing saved filters before being added.

For now, this option is available for Profile URLs leads lists only. But there’s more to come. We’re about to bring Evergreen Lead Upload to Sales Navigator lists, so new leads can be added automatically over time. We’re also continuing to work toward Open API, which will open up even more possibilities for adding and managing leads in Dripify.

6. Test what actually works with A/B testing for Messages

Small changes in wording can make a big difference in outreach. Now, instead of guessing which version will perform better, you can test it with real leads.

With A/B testing for Messages, you can create up to 3 variants of the same Message action, and Dripify automatically distributes new leads between the enabled variants.

Each variant has its own analytics for sent messages, replies, and failed leads, so you can compare performance and see which version works best with your audience.

Once you have enough data to identify a stronger-performing message, simply turn off the weaker variants and let new leads continue through the winning version.

⚠️ A/B testing is currently in Beta and available on the Advanced plan. It currently works with Message actions only, with support for Connection Requests, Email, and Sales Navigator InMail coming next.
